Spanish Grand Prix part.4 " Fire on the car"

On twenty-second lap Nico Hulkenberg driving his car noticed a huge smoke from back of the car, and immediately contact with team on radio, then He had heart that is it a fire and he have to find a safe place to stop the car. Generally Nico has a bad luck in this season, but I thing that for sure will be better in the next races:):).

Spanish Grand Prix part.3 "Three Pit Stop" :)

In wonderful Spanish Grand Prix there was a two possible strategies:

First possible strategy called "2 Stop" where driver get into the pit twice:), first for soft tyres, second for medium:).
Second called "3 Stop" where drivers get into the pit three times :D, twice for soft tyre and last for medium:).

Strategy where pretty similar, because drivers finished race on medium tyres, however it was only outline. Let's move into reality:):)

Now I will show you and desribe you three pits from all race.....

1. Felipe Massa on ninth lap, mechanics changed tyres from Massa's car on medium, Felipe had a different strategy, because he started the race from eighteenth place, which was not so good.

2. Daniel Ricciardo driving on the lead got into the pit on twenty-ninth lap for changing tyres, and that was Daniel's second time in pit from medium to soft tyres, He left pi on fourth position ahead Valtteri Bottas.

3. On thirty-fifth lap Max Verstappen was leading, and RedBull team had decided to pit. Changing tyres from medium to medium and it was a question on which position Max left pit, maybe first or second????.........It turned out that Max left on fourth position.

Spanish Grand Prix part.2 "I want to be third "

After unexpecktable crash between Mercedes drivers Lewis and Nico. Other drivers positions completely changed, on the lead was Red Bull, Daniel Ricciardo and his new team mate Max Vertsappen who in the middle of the season exchanged with Daniil Kvyat and that was pretty shocking, but that is a good subject for another post :):).

On fourth lap safety car in and battle had started. Carlos Sainz was actually on third position, and if he will finished on podium in his home race where his fans where support him that is going to be awesome, but there was a huge issue behind him which was called "Ferrari drivers"...:). Sebastian Vettel was half second behind him and Kimi almost one second, all three drivers had soft tyres on their cars. So Sebastian tried on one lap then another and nothing happened Carlos was still on third place. on sixth lap drivers could use DRS system so it was not a good news for Carlos, because in his team Toro Rosso cars had an older Ferrari's power units than in Ferrari...that caused attacks from Ferrari's side which worked out.

On eight lap Sebastan Vettel overtook Carlos and then lap later Kimi tried to overtake, but he drive through the corner and have to give position back, however he overtook Carlos one lap later. Then it was a time for pit stops strategy, drivers positions had changed. As a results position battle for third place won Sebastian Vettel!!!:):), Carlos Sainz was sixth, and Kimi Raikkonen had the best results because he was second:):)

Spanish Grand Prix part.1 "Unbelievable start for the race"

On Cataluña Circuit was a great sunny weather, perfect to start next exciting race. On Saturday qualification Lewis Hamilton won there pole position, second fastest time had Nico Rosberg, so there was a huge question; WHO IS GOING TO TAKE THE LEAD AND WIN RACE??:D, one of Mercedes drivers ( there was a huge possibility ) or maybe somebody else Red Bull or Ferrari drivers....., however I could not imagine what happened a few corners ahead......Five lights out and the race had started. Lewis Hamilton started perfect, took the lead, but Nico was very close, chasing him trying to overtake...., at the same time Daniel Ricciardo was third in front of Max Verstappen, suddenly Sebastian Vettel overtook Max , but then eighteen years old Red Bull driver took position back, again at the same time Nico overtook Lewis taking the lead, but Lewis did not want to be second, he wanted to win and that was unbelievable, he tried to overtake Nico having no place on circuit to do it, so he drive on grass with a lot of speed, and I know that Lewis is a very talented driver, but with all respect he is not a superhero who can overtake another driver driving on the grass..... His car spined out, hit Nico’s car, both cars was out of the circuit, for Mercedes drivers the race was over....Safety car appeared on circuit and the leader became Daniel Ricciardo.

Actually very similar situations took place in the past for example in 2010, where on Turkey Grand Prix Mark Webber hit Sebastin Vettel and that caused finished race for Sebastian, but for Mark, his car had lots of debris, but he continued race....( Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber was in the same team Red Bull and they were fighting for championship)

Second situation was lots of time ego in 1990 between Alain Prost and Ayrton Senna, they just was too close each other and had a serious contact, that situation caused them both out of the race.
